Hello, my name is Elisabeth McGough and I am a fully qualified and accredited counsellor/psychotherapist and life coach. I run a private counselling service in Mullingar, County Westmeath.

The area of psychotherapy is a broad one, but the basis of what I do is work with you to make changes to any negative elements in your life in a confidential, non-judgmental and empathic setting. As a certified member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) and NCPII, I am experienced in discussing a wide range of issues, including:
